Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Vide proceedings bearing Na.Ka.Da10/5415/2023 dated 24.04.2024, permission granted in favour of the petitioner in "Namakku Naame Thittam" for putting up a culvert was cancelled. It is obvious that the petitioner was not put on notice before issuing the impugned cancellation order. On this ground of violation of principles of natural justice, the impugned proceedings stand quashed. The matter is remanded to the file of the first respondent. The first 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.4380 OF 2026 respondent will put the petitioner on notice and thereafter pass order on merits and in accordance with law. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
