ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for

the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the case has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 447, 427, 506(1) IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(f) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 in Crime No.420 of 2017. The copy of the First Information Report has also been placed before this Court.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
