ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in C.C.No.453 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the document that has been executed by the accused came to be cancelled. On the basis of the above said development, further action has been dropped and the complaint was closed on 16.05.2022.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
