Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Notice Dated Nil issued by the second respondent and quash the same and thereby directed the second respondent to follow the procedure as contemplated in ordered in W.P(MD)No. 26613 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The fourth respondent filed W.P(MD)No.26613 of 2023. It was disposed of by me on 07.11.2023 with usual directions. 2/4

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that notice was in fact served on the petitioner last week. The petitioner does not appear to have given any written objection. Be that as it may, the specific stand of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that survey has not been conducted till date. If that be so, the petitioner is given liberty to offer her objections immediately to the first respondent. The objections can be sent through e-mail or RPAD. In that event, the second respondent is obliged to follow the directions earlier given by this Court on 07.11.2023.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
