PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of enquiry.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The petitioners state that at the instance of the third respondent, the petitioners were directed to appear before the second respondent and that under the guise of enquiry, they are put to harassment.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) however on instructions submitted that no complaint has been lodged by any one including the third respondent as against the petitioners and that there is no enquiry so far. It is further stated that there will not be no harassment. It is also submitted that even if the presence of the petitioners is required for any enquiry, the respondents shall issue summons in the manner prescribed in law.

5. Recording the above statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
