No.2356/2009 dated 23.07.2009 and Sale deed document No.89/2017 dated 04.01.2017. Initially, the property covered under Sale deed dated 23.07.2009, which was subject to assessment Nos.1241 and 1242, was mistakenly altered to include the name of the petitioner's vendor and likewise the assessment No.119/006/00181 for the property covered under Sale deed No.89/2017 dated 04.01.2017 is yet to be transferred in the petitioner's name. In this connection, the petitioner had made a representation dated 01.03.2018. Since, the representation has not been considered, the present writ petitioner has been filed.

2. It is needless to point out that whenever a representation of this nature is made, the authorities concerned should consider the same and take necessary action in one way or other, instead of keeping it pending indefinitely.

3. In this circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
