Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in C.O.C.No.4 of 2021, dated 22.02.2021, on the file of the second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband namely Korasekar @ Sekar, S/o. Govindaraj, male, aged about 46 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, namely, Korasekar @ Sekar, S/o.Govindaraj, aged about 46 years, challenging the detention order in C.O.C.No.4 of 2021, dated 22.02.2021, passed by the second respondent, branding him as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.391 of 2021 "Goonda" as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.1730, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 15.04.2021, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked.
3. Recording the above submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
