ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the mother, seeking production of her son, Sarkunan, aged 15 years.

2.The petitioner and detenu are produced by the second respondent police. Both informed that the detenu left home on his own accord and, returned back. The detenu has stated that he had been away at Velankanni.

3.Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
