Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no objection to relax the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
