ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A4, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. 995 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 09.09.2017 due to wordy quarrel arose between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant, thereby the defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries and admitted in the hospital.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is arrayed as A4 in the F.I.R. and he did not involve the crime as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ State would submit that all the accused are absconding and the

investigation is not even completed and hence, he strongly opposed for grant of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. He further submitted that the injured person is not discharged form the Hospital.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
