ORDER

This petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the first Additional District Judge (PCR), Trichy, in Cr.M.P.No.48 of 2014 made in S.C.No.231 0f 2012 dated 14.02.2014. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been over and all the witnesses have been examined. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
