ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law based on his representation dated 10.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is continuously subjecting the petitioner to harassment and hence, he had made a representation on 10.02.2026. However, the same was not taken into consideration and yet he is continuously, subjected to harassment. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is a History Sheeter and it is a duty of the police to watch the history sheeted accused.

4. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In the case of History Sheeter, this Court will not normally indulge and prevent the police from dealing with them. However, the 2/4

3rd respondent police is directed to continue to watch the petitioner without harassing him.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
