ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2428 of 2026 dated 06.02.2026, in so far as the condition directing the petitioner to report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 am and to appear on all hearing dates without fail,

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

Considering the nature of offence and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition only four days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2428 of 2026 dated06.02.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and shall appear before the trial Court on all hearings without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 18.02.2026 LS 2/4
