IN CRIME NO.12 OF 2016 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition at Ramapuram Police Station, Chennai instead present condition at the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. for a period of two weeks imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16770 of 2016 dated 08.09.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SUBBURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Petitioner seeks modification of anticipatory bail condition imposed by this Court under order dated:08.09.2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no objection for modifying the condition.

3.Considering the submissions made, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition requiring the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police shall stand modified to one of requiring petitioner to appear before Ramapuram Polie Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a periof of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
