These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1062 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the deceased 3rd respondent in above CRP(MD) No.133 of 2023, to set aside the abatement caused due to the deceased 3rd respondent and to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6/proposed respondents 4 to 6 in the above CRP.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 1062 in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the deceased 3rd respondent in above CRP(MD) No.133 of 2023.

4.Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned.
