Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THIRUVARUTSELVAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, COUNSEL FOR GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.24274 of 2015, dated 11.03.2016.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that a compromise talk is going on between the parties and therefore, sought for adjourning the matter by four weeks.
