ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 6 and 7 as per the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.A3/4139/2020 dated 16.11.2021. 2/4

2. The remedy available to the petitioner to enforce an order passed under the provisions of Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizens Act, 2007 is only by way of Section 11 of the Act and not by way of a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to move appropriate application to enforce the order granting maintenance. No costs.
