ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is a sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 490, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., in Crime No.49 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the original name of the petitioner is Abdul Hakeem and he fraudulently got the passport from the authorities in the name of Salam Sathik Ali and travel abroad. It is further alleged that the petitioner by producing false certificate, got a passport from the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Cr.M.P.No.5049 of 2014 and traveled to abroad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having two names viz., Salam Sathik Ali @ Abdul Hakeem and only after producing the relevant document before the learned Judicial Magistrate, he got the passport and traveled to abroad and for the alleged offences committed in the Judicial Magistrate Court at Alandur, the respondent has no jurisdiction to register the case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is involved in two previous cases and by producing false document, he obtained passport from the authorities.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
