ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and she was arrested on 17.02.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under sections 302 and 380 of IPC, in Crime No.15 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.02.2015 at 06.00 p.m., the petitioner has thrown the Chilly power on the face of the deceased, who was 70 years old and stolen away the jewels and cash from the custody of the deceased.
