ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.) Alleging that his daughter Vaishnavi, aged about 22 years, went missing from 25.02.2021 and that her whereabouts were not known, the father has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter was given in marriage to one Krishnakumar on 22.02.2021. However, the detenue was found missing from 25.02.2021.

3. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, she states that on her own volition she eloped with the third respondent and residing with him and she expressed her willingness to go along with the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Since the detenue is aged about 22 years and left home on her own volition and there is no illegal detention, recording her statement, this petition is closed.
