ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.894 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3.Perused the materials placed on record.
4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.894 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.
