ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent that investigation was conducted in Crime No.3 of 2020 and a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai on 12.12.2022.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in the above petition. It is open to the petitioners to work out their remedies in accordance with law after the filing of the final report. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
