Though the petitioner sought for a larger prayer with respect to measuring the existing drainage apart from creation of new one, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2020 is directed to be considered by the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the aforesaid representation would be considered and needful would be done.
