Prayer: To pass an order or Direction or Writ more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the administrators /advisors/Office bearers of the 4th respondent's organization [unregistered body] on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026 so as to ensure that he is not being ex-communicated in so far as his fishing activities and auctioning the same is concerned in Threshpuram,

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the administrators /advisors/Office bearers of the 4th respondent's organization [unregistered body] on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026 so as to ensure that he is not being ex-communicated in so far as his fishing activities and auctioning the same is concerned in Threshpuram, Thoothukudi.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02..02.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of Two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both sides. 2/4

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
