ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 506(i) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.352 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, enquiry was conducted and subsequently, it was closed as 'mistake of fact'. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected M.P is closed.
