ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 09.04.2018, seeking permission and protection for the "Aadal Padal Dance" programme on 29.05.2018 at about 07:00 P.M., to 12:00 P.M., in the eve of Arulmigu Sri Pottal Kaali Amman Kovil Temple Festival at D.Kansapuram Post, Sivakasi Taluk and Virdhunagar District on 29.05.2018 for the "Aadal Padal Dance" programme.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 09.04.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and protection for the "Aadal Padal Dance" programme on 29.05.2018 at about 07:00 P.M., to 12:00 P.M., in the eve of Arulmigu Sri Pottal Kaali Amman Kovil Temple Festival at D.Kansapuram Post, Sivakasi Taluk and Virdhunagar District on 29.05.2018 for the "Aadal Padal Dance" programme. representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 09.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
