2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.02.2022, for grant of ordinary leave and pass orders, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
