The petitioner filed this petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.41 of 2021, dated 05.02.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are are abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation. The petitioner is being a Senior Citizen and residing at Trichy, is a hardship for him and prayed the condition to be modified.
3. The learned Government Advocate fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. In view of the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified and this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to reside at Tirunelveli and not to enter Thoothukudi District and to sign before the Tirunelveli Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
