Alleging harassment at the hand of the respondents 2 and 3, this criminal original petition has been filed. 2.It appears to be a case of landlord-tenant dispute. The petitioner alleges that he is being forced to sell the property in question to the fourth respondent.

If the respondents 2 and 3 intend to implicate the petitioner in any FIR, the respondents 2 and 3 will intimate the petitioner so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 4.With these directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
