RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the Time in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23754 of 2015 order dated 23.02.2016 for surrender before the Learned Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases Court, Madurai.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. This court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is willing to pay costs (to be fixed by this court), to anyone of the orphanages/trusts.

4. Under such circumstances, time for complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP(MD)No.23754 of 2015 dated 23.02.2016 is extended upto 26.10.2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as costs to "Madurai Sevashram, Old Natham Road, Madurai-625 014 on or before 24.10.2016. The petitioner is also directed to produce the receipt before the lower court, failing which, this order shall stand automatically dismissed, without further reference to this court.
