Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.RAJARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the compliance of condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17135/16 the defacto complainant, has filed another complaint, which has been registered in Crime No.357/2016 and in the apprehension of arrest in that crime Number the petitioner has not abide the condition of his earlier bail order for 4 days.
Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) fairly submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition for 10 days without any adverse remarks.

absence for 4 days. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners absence for 4 days in condoned and the petition is ordered.
