This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Already advance list published on 31.08.2023 but today none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against these petitioners they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.99 of 2022.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
