IN CRIME NO.61 OF 2016 ..RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. in Crl.OP(MD) NO.18532 of 2016 dated 29.09.2016 in PRC NO.56 of 2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Madurai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VIJAYA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly.
