O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to grant 15 days leave (parole) from 05/06/2019 to 20/06/2019 to the petitioner's husband namely jith @ Indrajith, son of Ramalingam, C.P.No.21390 who is undergoing sentence as life convict in Central Prison, Trichy to participate the petitioner's daughter marriage on 14.06.2019. 2.Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Pakalavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents are present.

3.In respect of the grievance redressed by the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has stated that on 29.05.2019 itself, the Superintendent of Central Prison, Trichy has granted 6 days of emergency leave to the petitioner's husband for the purpose of attending his daughter's marriage.

4.In this regard, the learned counsel, who is appearing for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner's husband may be permitted to fix the dates which are necessary to attend his daughter's marriage.

5.In this regard, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) did not raise any objection.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner's husband to choose leave days. The other conditions imposed by the Superintendent of Central Prison, Trichy are unaltered. No costs.
