2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2025 by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties out of which one blood surety without solvency, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
