ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.229 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent within a time frame. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, case was closed as ''mistake of fact'' and referred charge sheet has been filed in D.No.2067 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and referred charge sheet notice has been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take further action in the manner known to law.
