This petition is filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the III Additional Sessions Judge, [PCR}, Madurai, to consider the bail application which may be filed by the petitioner on the same day of his surrender, in connection with a case in Crime No.147 of 2014.
2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has submitted that the Preliminary Registration Case in PRC is yet to be committed to the Court of Sessions and therefore, he has strongly opposed and submitted that no such direction could be given to the learned Sessions Judge. 3.In view of the above facts, this court finds that this petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, it is dismissed.
