Side), on instructions, submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and the same is now pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor, in P.R.C.No.59 of 2017. 3.Since, the case is taken on file, this petition is liable to be dismissed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However liberty is given to the parties, to file a compromise quash petition in relation to the P.R.C.No.59 of 2017.
