ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A7 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 120(b) of I.P.C. and Section 5 of TANPID Act, in crime No.4 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have collected money from the depositor, but, failed to return after maturity.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the other accused were granted anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that after investigation, the respondent filed charge sheet and the cases were taken on file in C.C.Nos.3,4 and 5 of 2014. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that already charge sheet has been filed the same were taken on file in C.C.Nos.3, 4 and 5 of 2014 and other accused were granted anticipatory bail, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Special Judge, TNPID Act Cases, Madurai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
