Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 420, 323, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.32 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity with regard to property dispute between the accused the de-facto complainant, on 10.03.2015, the accused abused the de-facto complainant and also threatened the de-facto complainant with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the dispute between the accused and the de-facto complainant has been settled amicably.

4.Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the intervenor submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and he has also filed a memo stating that he has no objection for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent appearing for the State.

the petitioners with certain conditions.

7.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramnad and on each of them executing a own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
