ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as the first accused in Crime No.48 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294 (b), 506(i) of IPC r/w Under Section 10 of Emigration Act, 1983, on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Trichy Branch, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The defacto complainant has specifically alleged in the complaint that he gave a sum of Rs.40,00,000/- to the petitioner, as the petitioner assailed him that he would get job in abroad and the custodial interrogation is required in this case.
