O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.1153 of 2013 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.1, Madurai.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent filed a memo of compromise dated 08.04.2019, which reads as under:

"Memo filed by the respondent 1.It is submitted that the respondent has filed the private complaint in S.T.C.No.1153 of 2013 on the file of the learned Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai as against the petitioner for the alleged offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The petitioner herein has filed the Criminal Original Petition to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.1153 of 2013 on the file of the Fast Track Court, No.I, Madurai.

2.It is submitted that in the above said case the petitioner and the respondent have settled the matter as out of Court settlement.

It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the memo and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed the Crl.O.P. as the matter is settled out of Court.
