ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had produced a false certificate for obtaining a passport from the authority. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's father name is Jahir Hussain. But the certificate was produced as D/o.Sahir Hussain.

He further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the authorities had issued a certificate showing that the petitioner's father's name is Sahir Hussain. But, the petitioner, on her own, corrected her father's name as "Jahir Hussain." It is his further submission that there is no other case registered against the petitioner. 5.Considering the submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Ramnad and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
