ORDER

The revision petitioners / plaintiffs filed these revisions to set aside the order, dated 30.09.2021 passed in I.A.Nos. 7,8,9 of 2021 in O.S.No. 11 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Devakottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since no adverse order passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The said Interlocutory Applications in I.A.Nos. 7 to 9 of 2021 are filed by the petitioners to reopen, recall and receive the documents. The trial Court has dismissed the petitions stating that the documents are not at all related to the suit property. The suit is for declaration and injunction regarding the S.Nos.275/3 and 275/6. Now, they want to produce the documents related to S.Nos. 379/4 and 375/7A and 273/7. But, these documents are not at all related to suit properties. The revision petitioners / plaintiffs have to prove their case on their own documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Since the documents are not at all related to the suit properties, the trial Court has rightly dismissed the applications. Hence, this Court is Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed confirming the order, dated 30.09.2021 passed in I.A.Nos. 7,8,9 of 2021 in O.S.No. 11 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Devakottai.. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
