This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records in Cr.No.243 of 2013, pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.77/2014.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
