3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submitted that charge sheet is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. However, the respondent No.1 is directed to take appropriate action to make sure that the charge sheet is taken on file before the jurisdictional Court.
