In the order, dated 13.02.2024, this Court has directed to transfer the entire files in S.C.No.43 of 2019 and S.C.No.133 of 2016 to the file of Principal District Court, Madurai.

2.The Principal District Judge, Ramanthapuram, has circulated a letter in D.No.SESS/4938/2025, dated 18.09.2025, wherein the Principal District Judge, Ramanthapuram, is seeking directions to transfer S.C.No.131 of 2016 (Main case), S.C.No.31 of 2018 and S.C.No.44 of 2019 (Split up cases) to the Principal District Court, Madurai.

3.After considering the reasons cited in the letter, dated 18.09.2025, this Court is of the considered opinion that S.C.No.131 of 2016 (Main case), S.C.No.31 of 2018 and S.C.No.44 of 2019 (Split up cases) shall be transferred to Principal District Court, Madurai.
