This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in S.T.C.No.717 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in S.T.C.No.717 of 2013, the case was ended in acquittal on 17.08.2015. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
