ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A6 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.03.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.94 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.03.2015, the petitioner along with the other accused persons pelted stones over a private bus and caused damage to the rear windscreen of the bus to the tune of Rs.10,000/-.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that some of the coaccused were granted bail by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6334 of 2015, dated 07.04.2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that major portion of the investigation is over and the damage caused by the accused persons is estimated at Rs.10,000/- and no previous case is pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that some of the co-accused were granted bail by this court, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tuticorin and on further condition that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- [Rupees one thousand only] to the credit of Crime No.94 of 2015 and on further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
