ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of the court made the following order:- It is stated that the fourth respondent in the appeal suit died in the year 2016 and the first respondent in the appeal suit died on 01.01.2017, after filing this appeal. The petition filed to accept the cause title is not appropriate.
